If your order doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help.

30 Days to Decide

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be:

Unused and unwashed
In original condition
Returned in original packaging

Simple Returns

You can initiate a return through our online returns portal. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and step-by-step instructions.

A $9.95 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We’re happy to assist with exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability.

Refunds may be issued to:

Your original form of payment
Or as store credit

Afterpay Purchases

For orders placed using Afterpay:

Returns follow the same 30-day policy
Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued to Afterpay
Afterpay will then adjust your remaining payment schedule or issue a refund in accordance with their terms

Please note that any amounts already paid to Afterpay will be refunded by them directly, and future payments may be reduced or canceled depending on the return.

Final Sale & Exceptions

Select items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes:

Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
Opened or used personal care items such as bath soaps
Items not in original condition, including signs of wear, washing, or damage

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
