Once we approve the return, we'll send you a prepaid return label along with step-by-step instructions. Items returned without first contacting us and receiving return authorization can't be accepted.

A $12.95 return shipping & handling fee is deducted from your refund, unless your return is the result of an item arriving damaged, defective or incorrect — in that case the fee does not apply.

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery unused, unwashed, in the same condition in which they were received, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Our towels are made without harsh synthetic treatments, as a result, they may be more
sensitive to certain chemicals. Ingredients like benzoyl peroxide, hydrogen peroxide, and bleach can cause discoloration.

For peace of mind, we recommend using white towels if your skincare routine includes these products.

Yes. Standard shipping is complimentary on orders of $99 or more within the contiguous United States. Orders under $99 ship at $8.95.

Alaska and Hawaii ship at a flat $29.95 and are not included in the free shipping threshold. Most orders arrive within 4–7 business days of being placed.

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition in which they were received, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds to the original method of payment are generally processed within 10 business days of approval. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase, opened or used personal care items, items that are not in their original condition or show signs of wear, use, washing, damage or alteration, and gift cards.
