How to track your order

When your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking link. Simply open that email and select Track My Order to see its latest status.

If you have an account, you can also view tracking under your account → Orders.

When to expect it

Processing: 1–2 business days
Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch

You'll receive updates from dispatch to arrival, so you can follow its journey home.

Haven't received tracking yet?

If it's been more than 2 business days since you ordered and you haven't received a shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder first — then reach out and we'll look into it right away.
