Who it suits
Dry or tight-feeling skin, and the months when skin needs more left behind. If you want the same richness with a milder scent, Donkey Milk is its counterpart; if this feels like more than you need, Apricot Kernel Oil is the lighter version of the same idea.
How it's made
Cold-process: the soap is made at low temperature and left to cure for weeks rather than pushed through heat and pressing. That takes longer and yields less, which is why the bars are made in small batches, but it keeps the oils and the glycerin in the bar instead of stripping them out. Every bar is cut by hand, so the marbling falls differently in each one.

Olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter, castor oil, palm oil, argan (Argania spinosa) kernel oil, sweet almond oil, activated charcoal, cosmetic colourant, aqua.
Allergens
Treat this bar as containing tree nuts (argan kernel and almond). No dairy, no honey.

Approximately 110 g. Every bar is cut by hand, so weight and pattern vary slightly.
Caution
For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes and rinse with plenty of water if it happens. Patch test on a small area first if your skin is sensitive, and stop using it if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children.

Keep the bar on a draining dish away from the direct spray and let it dry between uses. A cold-process bar left in standing water softens and disappears quickly.

Along with Donkey Milk it is the richest bar in the range: the one to reach for in winter, after sun, or whenever ordinary soap has started to feel stripping.
Frequently asked
How long does one bar last?Six to eight weeks of daily use in the shower, if it is kept dry between washes. Left sitting in water it can be gone in under three. A draining dish is the whole difference.
Why is it softer than supermarket soap?A cold-process bar holds more water and keeps its natural glycerin, which is what makes it gentler on skin. The trade-off is that it needs to dry out between uses.
Can I use it on my face?Yes, though if your skin is sensitive the plainer Extra Virgin Olive Oil bar is the safer place to start. This one is not a shampoo bar; for hair, see Laurel & Avocado.
