The weave

Jacquard means the pattern is built on the loom itself, so both tones are woven into the cloth and cannot rub off. That construction gives the robe its structured hand; it drapes with some body rather than clinging. Turkish cotton keeps the whole thing absorbent, which is why it does real work between the shower and getting dressed. Repeated laundering softens the surface without loosening the shape.

Styling

Salt Stone suits the cold half of the year and the slow half of the morning: coffee before anyone else is awake, hair still wet, forty minutes before you have to be dressed.
