The making
Made slowly, in small batches.
The color
In a bright bathroom it nearly disappears into the wall; in a dim one it reads as soft silver.
Texture carries the whole look here — with so little color to work with, the honeycomb becomes the pattern, visible in shadow lines rather than in any contrast of tone.
The weave
What you are feeling is a honeycomb waffle — cells raised on a light cotton ground. That geometry increases the surface the cloth can work with, so it takes water in fast, and the channels between cells let air pass so nothing stays wet for long. The result hangs light, is ready again between uses, and grows more supple every time it goes through a wash.

Styling
Pale shades earn their keep in guest spaces. Set out two Moonstone guest towels beside a bar of soap on a tray, add one hand towel folded lengthwise over the rail, and the arrangement looks finished without needing a color story. It gives a bedroom ensuite continuity as well: the same near-white as the sheets, only with structure instead of a flat surface.

Miel or Cloud Waffle?The two waffle lines differ in cell and in color. Miel is honeycomb, muted and quiet across its six shades, and its hand towel is the more affordable of the pair. Cloud Waffle is the choice for a bolder surface.
Does it get softer?Softening happens through use rather than through additives. Run the towels a few times, dry them low, and the raised structure slackens until the cloth folds over your hand instead of holding a shape of its own.
How many towels for one bathroom?Two bath towels per person is the baseline. Guest Towels go through the wash fastest, so a set of four or six there saves restocking, while two hand towels on the rail is usually plenty for one room.
